Summer Vegetables

A staple of South Asian cuisine, okra is a heat-loving vegetable perfect for summer. It’s rich in fiber, vitamins C and K, and folate. Freshly harvested okra from Pakistan is tender, green, and ideal for cooking dishes like bhindi masala or for frying.

  • Known for its distinct bitter taste, bitter gourd is highly nutritious and supports blood sugar control. It’s commonly used in curries and stuffed vegetable dishes. Our export-grade karela is carefully selected to ensure premium quality and taste.

Tinda, or Indian baby pumpkin, is round, light green, and highly water-rich. It’s popular in Pakistani and Indian households due to its light taste and digestive properties. It grows best during the summer season in fertile Pakistani soil.

Arvi is an earthy root vegetable with a starchy texture, used in various desi-style curries. It has a mildly nutty flavor and is appreciated for its health benefits including digestive aid and high energy content.

Cucumbers are essential for hydration in the hot months. Packed with water and a crisp bite, they’re used in salads, raitas, and as cooling sides in meals. Our cucumbers are harvested fresh and kept cool for international freshness.

  •

Light and full of nutrients, bottle gourd helps in digestion and body cooling. Often used in gravies or cooked with lentils, it’s a favorite in health-focused diets due to its low calories and high water content.

Snake gourd is long, thin, and curled — resembling a snake — and is valued for its cooling properties. It’s cooked in stir-fries or lentil stews and is especially beneficial for digestion and liver health.

An essential ingredient in South Asian cooking, green chillies add spice and flavor. Export-grade chillies are fresh, firm, and vibrant in color, used whole or chopped in countless dishes and sauces.

Winter Vegetables

Winter-grown cauliflower is crisp, white, and packed with nutrients. It’s great roasted, sautéed, or cooked in classic desi dishes. Its mild flavor absorbs spices beautifully, making it a cold-weather favorite.

Turnips offer a mild sweetness and are often used in stews and mash recipes. They’re rich in vitamins C and K and have a comforting earthy taste. Fresh turnips from Pakistan are juicy and tender.

Winter carrots are sweet, crunchy, and perfect for both raw eating and cooking. Pakistani red carrots are especially prized for making gajar ka halwa and are full of vitamin A and antioxidants.

A crunchy and slightly spicy root, radish is used in salads, pickles, and stuffed parathas. Winter mooli is fresh, juicy, and has a natural sweetness that makes it perfect for raw or cooked uses.

Spinach thrives in cool weather and is rich in iron, calcium, and vitamins A and C. It’s used in saag, palak paneer, and smoothies. Winter spinach is tender and has a deep green color.

Sarson ka saag is a winter delicacy across Punjab. These greens are rich in fiber and antioxidants and are slow-cooked to bring out their rustic flavor, best enjoyed with makki di roti.

Broccoli is a nutrient-dense vegetable becoming increasingly popular in South Asian cooking. High in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants, it grows best in the cool winter months and is ideal for stir-fries and roasting.

Known for its deep purple color and natural sweetness, beetroot is packed with iron and helps with blood circulation. It’s used in salads, juices, and even desserts.

Year-round Vegetables

A kitchen essential, tomatoes are used in nearly every curry and sauce. Whether raw, cooked, or blended, they bring acidity and sweetness. Our tomatoes are red, ripe, and firm — perfect for export all year.

Export-grade onions are firm, pungent, and long-lasting. Used in almost every dish, they form the base of countless gravies and sauces. Pakistan is a major producer of both red and yellow onions.

Versatile and filling, potatoes are available year-round and used in everything from biryani to samosas. Our potatoes are graded and sorted for global markets and stay fresh for long durations.

Garlic adds aroma and depth to dishes. Used in chutneys, gravies, and pickles, it has both culinary and medicinal value. Pakistani garlic is pungent, flavorful, and export-ready throughout the year.

Ginger provides warmth and spice to dishes, especially gravies and teas. It is anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting, harvested in both summer and winter, and packaged with care for international shipping.

Coriander leaves add a fresh, citrusy note to dishes. While best fresh, coriander can also be dried or ground. It’s grown year-round and is key in garnishing and enhancing flavor.

Lemons are used year-round for their zest, juice, and freshness. From chutneys to marinades, their acidity lifts any dish. Pakistani lemons are juicy, aromatic, and rich in vitamin C.

Slim, tender, and rich in fiber, green beans are eaten in stir-fries, curries, and salads. They are grown year-round in controlled conditions and exported fresh for international markets.
